Common Amaal
This is the most blessed and excellent of all nights. Prayers during these nights are superior to that of a 1000 months
On 19th night the Destiny is written
On 21st night decisions are taken
and On 23rd night it is endorsed and signed.
The Angels and Roohul Ameen descend on this earth, with the permission of Allah (swt), call on the Imam of the time, and what is ordained (by Allah) for everybody is presented before the Imam.
Recommended Actions on Laylat ul Qadr
Perform Ghusl at beginning and end of night
Give Sadaqa / Charity
Remember Imam Mahdi(atfs) - Recite Dua Faraj "Allhumma Kunle Waliyekal" repeatedly
Keep awake and pray the ENTIRE NGHT
Recite Salawat and Surah Qadr as much as possible
Do not forget to pray for the oppressed and the Martyrs in the way of righteousness
2 Rakat Salaat for Forgiveness of oneself/parents
in every Rakat recite Sura-al-Hamd once, and Sura Ikhlaas seven times
After Completion of salaat - repeat 70 Times
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إلَيْهِ.
astaghfiru allaha wa atubu ilayhi
I seek the forgiveness of Allah and I repent before Him.
The best prayer during Qadr nights is to Seek Forgiveness.
Recite 100 times
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّهَ رَبِّي وَأَتُوبُ إلَيْهِ
astaghfiru allaha rabby wa atubu ilayhi
I seek the forgiveness of Allah, my Lord, and I repent before Him
QURAN AAMAL Seeking the intercession of the names of the Infallible
Open the Holy Qur'an and hold it in front of his face. Then recite:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِكِتَابِكَ الْمُنْزَلِ وَ مَا فِيهِ
Alaahumma inni asaloka be kitaabekal munzale Wa maa feeh,
O Allah I beseech Thee in the name of Thy revealed Book and that which is in it,
وَ فِيهِ اسْمُكَ الْأَكْبَرُ وَ أَسْمَاؤُكَ الْحُسْنَى وَ مَا يُخَافُ وَ يُرْجَى أَنْ تَجْعَلَنِي مِنْ عُتَقَائِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ
wa feehismokal akbaro wa asmaakal husnaa, wa maa yokhaafo Wa yurjaa an taj-alani min otaqaaeka minan-Naar
and Thy Great Name and Thy (Other) beautiful names are in it, and in it there is that which warns and gives hope to include me among those who have been set free from the Hellfire.
Hajaat / pray for your needs
Take the Holy Qur'an and hold it on your head and recite:
اللّهُمّ بِحَقّ هذَا القُرْآنِ
Allaahumma be haqqe haazal Qur'an
O Allah: for the sake of this (Holy) Qur'an,
وَبِحَقّ مَنْ أَرْسَلْتَهُ بِهِ
we be haqqe man arsaltahoo beh
and for the sake of that person through whom You sent it,
وَبِحَقّ كُلّ مُؤْمِنٍ مَدَحْتَهُ فِيهِ
Wa be haqqe kulle momenin madahtahoo feeh
and for the sake of those believers who have been praised therein,
وَبِحَقّكَ عَلَيْهِمْ
we be haqqeka alaihim
and in the name of Your obligation to them,
فَال أَحَدَ أَعْرَفُ بِحَقّكَ مِنْكَ.
fa-laa ahada a'arafo be haqqeka mink
no one is aware of Your obligation more than You
Keep the Quran on your heads and recite the below 10 times each
بِكَ يَا اللّهُ،
bika yaallahu
For Your sake, O Allah,
بِمُحَمّدٍ،
bi-muhammadin
for the sake of Muhammad,
بِعَلِيّ،
bi-`aliyyin
for the sake of `Ali,
بِفَاطِمَةَ،
bi-fatimata
for the sake of Fatimah,
بِالحَسَنِ،
bilhasani
for the sake of Hasan,
بِالحُسَيْنِ،
bilhusayni
for the sake of Husayn,
بِعَلِيّ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ،
bi-`aliyyi bni alhusayni
for the sake of `Ali ibn Husayn,
بِمُحَمّدِ بْنِ عَلِيّ،
bi-muhammadi bni `aliyyin
for the sake of Muhammad ibn `Ali,
بِجَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمّدٍ،
bi-ja`fari bni muhammadin
for the sake of Ja`far ibn Muhammad,
بِمُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ،
bi-musa bni ja`farin
for the sake of Musa ibn Jafar,
بِعَلِيّ بْنِ مُوسَى،
bi-`aliyyi bni musa
for the sake of `Ali ibn Musa,
بِمُحَمّدِ بْنِ عَلِيّ،
bi-muhammadi bni `aliyyin
for the sake of Muhammad ibn `Ali,
بِعَلِيّ بْنِ مُحَمّدٍ،
bi-`aliyyi bni muhammadin
for the sake of `Ali ibn Muhammad,
بِالحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيّ،
bilhasani bni `aliyyin
for the sake of Hasan ibn `Ali,
بِالحُجّةِ،
bilhujjati
for the sake of al-Hujjah.
In the end one should then pray to Almighty Allah to fulfil one’s desires.
Sajdah Shukr / Thankfulness (long prostration is recommended)
أَظْلَمَ الذَّنْبُ مِنْ عَبْدِكَ، فَلْيُحْسِنِ العَفْوُ مِنْ عِندِكَ.
“Azomad dhambo min abdika, fal yohsanal afwu min indika”
"The sin has become greater from Your servant, so let forgiveness from You be perfected.
Ask for "Health" and "Well being" (Aafiyat)
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ العَفْوَ وَالعَافِيَةَ، المُعَافَاةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ.
Allhumma Inni Asaloka Al Afwa wal Afiyata , walmuafata fid-dunya wal akhira
"O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being, and complete protection in this world and the Hereafter."

Bidding Farewell
at the end of the night, one should resort (tawassul) to the Infalliable ones M'asumin [a]) (the - to whom that night belongs - should submit his deeds and worships to those exalted ones, with a heart broken, with grief and shedding tears, should request them to make those deeds as righteous, and should intercede with Allah (the Glorious, the Exalted), for their acceptance, and thus making them as fruitful.(Ref-Suluk Irfan-Maliki Tabrizi)

Recite Quran Ch 2:Ayat 127
رَبَّنَا تَقبَّلْ مِنَّآ ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيم
Rabbanaa taqabbal minnaa innaka Antas Samee'ul Aleem
‘Our Lord, accept it from us! Indeed You are the All-hearing, the All-knowing.
Finally say "Shukran Lillah to thank Allah (swt) for the tawfiq to do the aamal.
